I am a health educator and community-focused professional dedicated to advancing whole-person wellness through evidence-based practice, program leadership, and innovation. At the core of my work is the belief that lasting health transformation requires meeting people where they are—integrating the science of well-being with the depth of human experience.
At Core Winds, I combine my academic foundation, years of direct program experience, and a commitment to accessible, personalized care to create solutions that are both rigorous and real-world ready—for individuals navigating personal wellness journeys and for organizations seeking to build cultures of lasting well-being.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in General Biology with a minor in Psychology in 2017, followed by a Master of Education in Community Health and Human Services in 2020 from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. This dual foundation in biological science and human services continues to shape how I approach wellness: as both a measurable science and a deeply personal journey.
I hold the Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) credential, reflecting my commitment to the standards and ethics that define effective, responsible health promotion practice.
